1)Rigidity
Heavy welded mesh panels with rectangular meshes and horizontal reinforcements guarantee a very high level of rigidity.

2)Complete system
The system consists of panels in various heights supported by three types of posts, each with a specific fixing system. All types are available with adapted accessories and a wide range of swing and sliding gates.

3)Long lifetime
The coating technology is state of the art and assures an extra-long life. A special layer is applied after galvanisation to ensure total adhesion of the polyester top coat.

4)Fast installation
All components have been developed to provide a professional product of high quality that can be installed efficiently and rapidly.

5)Applications
The 3D system is highly recommended for professional fencing of public buildings, factories and workshops, schools, parks, playgrounds and sport stadia, airports and military sites, etc.

6)Panels
The panels have a width of 2500 mm and heights ranging from 630 to 2430mm. The panels have vertical barbs of 30mm on one side and are reversible (barbs at top or at bottom). Mesh sizes are 200 x 50 mm, and 100 x 50 mm for the beam sections. The heavy wires, with a diameter of 5mm guarantee an extraordinary level of rigidity.

7)Square post system
The panels are fixed on the front side of the posts by means of fixators and security bolts. The welded square tubular posts (60 x 60 x 1.50mm) have inserts for fixing the panels with the fixators and are covered with a plastic cap.

No. 1 Post system
The panels are fixed lateral on the posts with specific fixators made out of polyamide or metal (security). The welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) in H-shape are covered with a plastic cap.

No. 2 post system
Lateral fixing of the 3D panels on the post. Without accessories. Perfect fixing of the reinforcements of the panel in the post profile.
The posts (60 x 50 mm) are covered with a plastic cap.

8)Coating
Panels made out of galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron). The posts are in- and outside galvanised (min. Coating 275G/M2, both sides together), in accordance with Euro norm 10326. Afterwards an adhesion coating is applied and finally the posts are plastic coated (min. 60 micron).
